How much is delivery?
- Delivery is FREE, there is no minimum order
- It comes Registered Post so you will need to sign for it

- We allow 4-12 working days for delivery of Skincare and Cosmetics.
- Please allow 4-12 working days for Fragrances.
- Please allow 4-10 working days for Contact Lenses.
How do I place an order?
- Go on line to www.mantrap.co.nz
- Add which ever products take your fancy to your Mantrap Bag
- Once you have finished shopping click on "Check Out" top right
- If you are already a Mantrap Member then login
- If you are not a member enter in the details in the requested fields
- Remember to use a unique username
- Select the preferred payment option
How do I Order a Gift Certificate?
- Add Gift Certificate to your Bag. Proceed to Checkout
- Once Certificate has been paid for an email confirmation will be received into your email account
- Log back onto the Mantrap Site and Select "My Account"
- Under your account it will have the Gift Certificate you have purchased.
- Select "Send Gift Certificate"
- Here you enter the Recipients Name, Email Address and Message.
- They will receive an email from you with the Gift Certificate Code
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
- Log onto Mantrap.co.nz
- Add items to your Bag
- Once you have finished shopping head to Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information
- Select your Payment Method
- Then under Gift Certificates - Redemption Code enter in the code found in your email
- It will appear with the amount of the Certificate
- Type in the amount you want to apply to the purchase
- Select Continue
- The Gift Certificate amount will be deducted off your purchase.
How do I pay using NZ Post?
- Select the payment method "NZ Post".
- You will receive an email with all your order details.
- Print this email off and take it into your local NZ Post Shop. Present this email to the customer service team at NZ Post.
- You can either pay over the counter with cash, eftpos or a cheque.
- Once payment is made you will receive a receipt.
- The following working day you will receive an email confirmation showing your order is now Processed.
How do I pay using Internet Banking?
- Select the NZ Internet Banking Option in the Check Out menu
- You will have a Email with your order details in it
- It will have our bank details and an order number
- Enter these details into your Internet Banking Program
- Once the funds have been cleared your order will be processed
- You will receive an email confirmation showing your Processed Order
What if I do not have a Credit Card or aren't set up for Internet Banking?
- You can go into your nearest Westpac Bank and deposit the funds
- Use the Mantrap Bank Details as shown on the email
- Remember to quote your Order Number as a Reference
What if I have not received my order after 12 working days?
- Contact us immediatley on 0508 MANTRAP
- Quote your order number
- We will be able to provide you with a tracking number to track the parcel
What if I have seen a product in the shops cheaper?
- Email us at sales@mantrap.co.nz
- Quote the brand, the product the Price shown at the store
Are all products displayed on the Mantrap site fresh and 100% genuine?
Yes, all Mantrap products sold on the Mantrap site are 100% genuine. Each product has come from original manufacturer for that particular brand. There are no copies, fakes, imitations or old stock.
What about out of stock items?
If a product is out of stock it will not show on the site. The site is updated 3 times per day so as soon as the product is back in stock it will appear on the site.
Are you able to source high priced items?
Yes, email us with the product and we can let you know if we are able to source it.
Are my details secure?
Yes absolutely, Mantrap pride themselves on offering a safe shopping environment for clients. Mantrap uses Westpac and American Express to process credit card transactions and uses 3-teir as their Payment Gateway, well reputable New Zealand companies. Mantrap do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.
How long will it take to get my order?
Mantrap allows 4- 12 working days for delivery all around the world for Fragrances, Skin Care and Cosmetics - this is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area. For Contact Lenses, delivery times are 4-10 working days.
Does Mantrap ship to P O Box Addresses?
Yes, we do send to P O box numbers, however we are unable to provide tracking for this type of delivery. We prefer a physical day time address, but where this is not suitable a P O Box number can be used.
Does Mantrap ship to Rural Addresses?
No, we do not send any fragrances to Rural Delivery Addresses. When ordering Fragrances please provide a address that is not a rural delivery address as rural delivery operators are unable to deliver Fragrances. It is okay for deliveries of Skincare, Cosmetics and Contact Lenses.
Will there be any taxes/customs duties?
All orders to New Zealand will not attract any duty. However, this may not be the case with orders outside of New Zealand. The customer is deemed the importer of the goods and is therefore liable for any customs duty/taxes.
What payment methods are available through the Web site?
Mantrap accepts Credit Card Payments as well as NZ Internet Banking Funds Transfer.
Can I return a product I'm not happy with?
Mantrap will only accept returns if the product ordered is damaged in some way in transit. Choose carefully when you go to order as no refund is allowed for a product that is ordered with no flaw.
Mantrap needs to be notified within 7 days of purchase. The goods can not be returned if they have been opened.
