How to Order

Ordering is easy at Mantrap. Here is a step by step guide to ordering products at www.mantrap.co.nz

1. Select the item or items you require
2. Items will be added to your Bag.
3. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to the Checkout, by selecting "checkout"
4. If you are a new customer then you will be asked to complete your contact and delivery details.
5. Once this has been completed you will be asked if you would like to pay via Internet Banking or Credit Card
6. Internet Banking: By selecting the "Internet Banking" option you will receive an email with the Mantrap Bank Details and instructions of what to do. You can either use your banking program to transmit the funds or go into your nearest Westpac Bank and deposit the money into the Mantrap account. Be sure to use your Order ID as your reference. Once the funds have been received your order will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
7. Credit Card Payment. By selecting "Credit Card Payment" you will be directed to the Pay pro website in which you will select your card type and enter in your card number. Your card will be authorised and once accepted will return you to the Mantrap website. You will receive an email confirmation showing your order Processed.
8. You will receive your Fragrances, Skin care and Cosmetics within 4-12 working days & Contact Lenses within 4-10 working days. If you have not received it within this period please contact us at sales@mantrap.co.nz and we will track your order.
